Welcome to Prabhaav, a Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) technology platform operated by NGOExperts. Prabhaav serves as a digital intermediary designed to connect corporate entities with non-governmental organisations to streamline discovery, collaboration, compliance management, and milestone tracking.

By accessing, registering on, or using the Prabhaav platform, you agree to comply with and be bound by this Privacy Policy and the accompanying Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the platform.

Information We Collect

We collect information to provide, maintain, and secure our platform and its verification services:

  • Account & Registration Data: Legal organisation names, Corporate Identity Numbers (CIN), Trust/Society Registration details, PAN, registered addresses, and contact details of authorised representatives.
  • Compliance & Financial Documents: Statutory documents including 12A, 80G, CSR-1 certificates, DARPAN ID, audited financial statements, and verified bank account details (via penny-drop verification).
  • Operational & Transactional Data: Campaign briefs, milestone evidence, invoices, Utilisation Certificates (UCs), UTR numbers, communication threads, audit logs, and platform usage metrics.
  • Technical Data: IP addresses, browser types, device information, and secure authentication tokens via cookies and server logs.

Use of Information

The information collected is used exclusively for:

  • Onboarding and verifying the legal and regulatory eligibility of NGOs and Companies.
  • Facilitating transparent workflow tracking, milestone approvals, and documentation alignment with Section 135 and Schedule VII of the Companies Act, 2013.
  • Enabling communication and document sharing between verified corporate funders and NGOs.
  • Platform security, fraud prevention, audit log generation, and statutory compliance reporting.

Data Security & Retention

We employ robust technical and organizational security measures—including encrypted transmission, role-based access controls, and secure data storage—to protect your personal and organizational data. Data is retained for as long as your account remains active or as required by applicable Indian laws, statutory regulations, and audit mandates.

Platform as a Technology Facilitator Only

Prabhaav and NGOExperts function strictly as an intermediary technology platform. We provide a digital infrastructure to assist companies and NGOs in discovering partners and tracking CSR milestones. We are not a financial institution, escrow agent, funding body, or regulatory authority. We do not fund projects, guarantee grants, or act as an agent for either party.

Absolute Absence of Liability for Funding, Grants, and Fraud

  • NGOExperts, Prabhaav, its directors, employees, and affiliates bear ZERO (0) liability for any financial transactions, fund transfers, grant allocations, delays, or failure of disbursement between Companies and NGOs.
  • NGOExperts and Prabhaav assume no liability whatsoever for any fraudulent acts, misrepresentation, misappropriation of funds, forged documentation, breach of contract, or illegal activities committed by any Company, NGO, user, or third party utilising the platform.
  • While the platform implements preliminary verification checks (such as checking CSR-1, 12A, 80G, CIN, and conducting penny-drop tests), these checks are automated or document-based summaries. They do not constitute an absolute guarantee of an entity’s continuous legal compliance, financial health, or operational integrity.

Mandatory Independent Due Diligence

Companies and NGOs acknowledge and agree that they enter into any partnership, agreement, or financial transaction entirely at their own risk. It is the sole responsibility of the corporate funders to perform their own comprehensive due diligence, background checks, legal evaluations, and physical site audits before transferring any funds.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This Privacy Policy and Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with the use of Prabhaav shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi / Noida, India.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update or modify this Privacy Policy and Legal Disclaimer at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any modifications constitutes your explicit acceptance of the revised terms.
